Job Title: Registered Nurse

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our dynamic team in the Surgery Unit. This role presents an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact on patients' lives and contribute to our institution's mission of delivering exceptional care.

Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate assigned patients and develop personalized care plans
  • Collaborate with physicians during examinations and procedures
  • Administer medications and perform patient tests within scope of practice
  • Promote independence by teaching patients and families about self-care skills
  • Apply experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of nursing experience, preferably 1 year in OR
  • Availability for 30-minute call shifts
  • Weekend call required
  • Associates degree in nursing
  • Florida state licensure
  • BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications prior to hire date
