Senior Surgical Nurse Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our Surgery Unit at Santa Rosa Medical Center. As a key member of our team, you will provide clinical expertise and deliver exceptional patient care in a fast-paced environment.
Our ideal candidate has 3-5 years of experience in nursing, with a strong background in OR procedures and a passion for helping others. You will be responsible for evaluating assigned patients, planning and implementing care, and promoting independence through education and support.
Responsibilities- Evaluate assigned patients and develop individualized care plans
- Assist physicians during examinations and procedures
- Perform various patient tests and administer medications as prescribed
- Promote patient independence by establishing goals and teaching self-care skills
