Job Summary

As a Cosmetic Merchandiser at Apollo Retail, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our clients' cosmetic products, graphics, and displays are visually appealing to attract and engage shoppers. This project-based position requires strong relationships with store managers, accurate inventory management, and a keen eye for detail to ensure the right amount of cosmetics are available at the right price.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement planograms, resets, display setups, product cut-ins, audits, cleaning, and stocking shelves for various cosmetic brands.
  • Ensure store appearance and merchandise displays align with planograms.
  • Accurately report daily hours worked via an online portal.
  • Photograph finished assignments and report them to your District Manager.
  • Build relationships with retail store associates and management during daytime retail business hours.
  • Adapt to changing work schedules, including occasional evening or weekend work.

Requirements
  • Reliable transportation to travel 30 to 60 miles to multiple locations.
  • Effective communication with customers, team members, and Apollo management.
  • Ability to stand, bend, stoop, climb, and lift heavy objects weighing up to 50 lbs.
  • Ability to read diagrams or instructions and use hand tools as necessary.
  • Must be 18 years or older.

  • Variable assignments ranging from 0-40 hours per week based on volume and willingness to travel.

Pay
  • $16.50-$17 per hour.
