Field Service Business Analyst Intern

The Field Service Business Analyst Intern will be responsible for analyzing and visualizing data sets to support decision-making across the organization. This role is an excellent opportunity for a student or soon-to-be graduate to gain hands-on experience working with data sets and building dashboards to inform business decisions.
Key Responsibilities
Learn business systems and how data is created in Field Service. Perform ad-hoc analysis using SQL, and ETL skills along with report building as the business dictates. Generate ad-hoc queries to support Field Service analysis requests from internal/external stakeholders. Gather information, analyze data, and assist in special projects. Create visualizations and reports to communicate findings to various stakeholders. Work with Field Service leadership to gather requirements, data context, and foster data-driven decision making across the organization.
Requirements
Ability to work independently and make sound decisions. Ability to prioritize workload in a fast-paced, changing environment. Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills. Experience with data analytics, data modeling, data management, and data reporting and visualization (Tableau, PowerBI or similar tools). Relevant experience with data systems migration and reporting systems (SQL, Teradata, Snowflake) desired. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; knowledge with Salesforce is desired.
