Qualifications
Education:
- High School Diploma or GED is required.
- A Bachelor’s Degree is preferred.
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program is mandatory.
If your RN nursing license has been inactive, retired, or lapsed for five years or more without licensure in another state during that time, successful completion of a Board-approved refresher course is required prior to reactivating or reinstating your license.
To be considered for current licensure status, you must apply for reinstatement within one year of completing the refresher course.
Experience:
- A minimum of one year of relevant experience is preferred.
Licensure/Certification:
- A current RN license in the appropriate state is required.
