Responsibilities

Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans for patients
Collaborate with physicians and other team members to provide comprehensive care
Utilize best scientific evidence and compassion to assist patients in navigating their health journey
Accept responsibility, authority, and accountability for management and provision of care in accordance with current policies and procedures

Requirements

4-year Bachelor's Degree in Nursing, preferred
One to two years of relevant experience in oncology services, preferred
Current RN license in the appropriate state, required
