Mental Health Specialist

Bas Healthcare is seeking a skilled Mental Health Specialist to join our team in Burlington, Vermont. As a Locums Psychiatrist, you will be responsible for providing psychiatric evaluations and follow-up care to adult patients in a community setting. This is a part-time locums opportunity, with a flexible schedule of 10-20 hours per week. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mental health and be able to work effectively in a team environment.
Responsibilities:
- Provide psychiatric evaluations and follow-up care to adult patients in a community setting
- Collaborate with the medical director and other healthcare professionals to develop treatment plans
- Conduct regular case reviews to ensure optimal patient outcomes
Requirements:
- Active VT license
- Strong background in mental health
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Compensation:
$250 per hour with weekly pay and malpractice included
