The Role

The Network Implementation Program Manager is a critical role within our organization, responsible for planning, scheduling, coordinating, and managing a wide range of projects related to our fiber network implementation. This includes overseeing the engineering and construction process from conceptualization to completion, ensuring that projects meet quality, budget, and timeline requirements.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in telecommunications network engineering, construction, maintenance, and repair, with experience in project management and coordination. They will be able to lead, instruct, and delegate to team members, and possess excellent communication and organizational skills.

Main Responsibilities
  • End-to-end project management for various projects involving the relocation, maintenance, repair, and construction of OSP facilities.
  • Oversee the construction process from site survey to completion, ensuring that projects meet quality, budget, and timeline requirements.
  • Build relationships with engineering, construction, and splicing vendors, ensuring quality of work performed.
  • Report on project progress and update key stakeholders and applicable systems.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in telecommunications network engineering, construction, maintenance, and repair environments.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CAD and GIS.
  • Fluency in current approved products and technology.
  • Strong leadership attributes, including the ability to lead, instruct, and delegate.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
  • Ability to build relationships with cross-functional partner departments, vendors, and developers.
