  • Ensure adherence to regulatory standards, licensure requirements, and accreditation standards related to speech therapy services.
  • Establish and monitor quality assurance measures to maintain the highest standards of care.

Mentorship and Training:

  • Conduct agency-wide training sessions on pediatric speech and language therapy.
  • Develop and deliver training programs to enhance clinical skills and professional development.
  • Organize and host continuing education training sessions and monthly clinical roundtables.
  • Provide clinical expertise and guidance to SLP staff, assisting with complex cases and treatment planning.
  • Review and assess therapy techniques to ensure they are evidence-based and centered on patient needs.

Direct Case Management and Therapy:

  • Maintain an average caseload of 15 direct clinical hours per week, with associated administrative responsibilities.
  • Conduct evaluations for new clients and manage caseloads during the onboarding of new SLPs.
  • Complete treatment plans, evaluations, sessions, and documentation for personal clients.

Collaboration and Partnership:

  • Work with interdisciplinary teams to integrate speech therapy services into overall patient care plans.
  • Partner with regional directors to assist in the growth of MeBe's Speech therapy services.
  • Engage in community outreach and marketing activities in collaboration with the Business Development department.
  • Work with the Family Success department to create schedules for new SLPs and manage internal waitlists.
  • Collaborate with OT and ABA trainers to develop educational content promoting collaborative care principles.
  • Assist in recruitment efforts in partnership with Talent Acquisition and People Operations.
