Key Responsibilities- Strategic Leadership: Provide visionary leadership to the organization, working closely with the Management Team to establish long-range goals, strategies, and policies.
- Financial Management: Oversee the organization's financial condition, including revenues, expenditures, and reserves, making adjustments as needed to maintain financial viability.
- Service Provision: Ensure the integration and coordination of clinical functioning with financial and information services, arranging staff training to ensure intra-agency coordination.
- Personnel Management: Recruit, select, and evaluate employees, determining staffing patterns needed to meet organizational and client needs.
- Community Relations: Foster strong relationships with community agencies, officials, and the public, promoting good public relations and representing the organization in meetings and events.
- Qualifications: Recognized professional education with experience in behavioral health, direct clinical experience working with substance abuse/mental health patients, and strong problem-solving and group work leadership skills.
- Skills: Ability to interact with people of all ages and cultural backgrounds, work independently and as part of a team, and possess sound computer and small office management skills.
