About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Consultant to join our Strategy & Transformation Team in the telecommunications sector. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our clients' organizations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Facilitate transformation initiatives to drive efficiency gains and enhance customer focus in the telecommunications sector.
  • Analyze business processes, identify areas for improvement, and propose solutions aligned with client strategic objectives.
  • Lead discussions and define communication plans to support employees through significant changes.
  • Conduct business analysis and organize workshops to improve customer experience and prepare for digital transformation.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to translate business needs into technical requirements and ensure the quality of deliverables.
Requirements
  • A master's degree in Engineering, Management, or Economics.
  • 2-5 years of experience as a consultant and/or in the telecommunications sector, with knowledge of sector-specific products and industrial processes.
  • Native-level proficiency in Dutch or French, with very good knowledge of the other language, and a profound understanding of business English.
  • Eager to learn, proactive, and thrives on new challenges.
  • Strong ambition to drive impactful change and make a difference.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills and ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
