About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Consultant to join our team at BDO Belgium. As a key member of our Strategy & Transformation Team, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of the telecommunications sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate transformation initiatives to drive efficiency gains and enhance customer focus in the telecommunications sector.
- Analyze business processes, identify areas for improvement, and propose solutions aligned with client strategic objectives.
- Lead discussions and define communication plans to support employees through significant changes.
- Conduct business analysis and organize workshops to improve customer experience and prepare for digital transformation.
- Collaborate with technical teams to translate business needs into technical requirements and ensure the quality of deliverables.
Requirements:
- Holds a master's degree in Engineering, Management, or Economics.
- Has 2-5 years of experience as a consultant and/or in the telecommunications sector, with knowledge of sector-specific products and industrial processes.
- Possesses native-level proficiency in Dutch or French, with very good knowledge of the other language, and a profound understanding of business English.
- Is eager to learn, proactive, and thrives on new challenges.
- Has a strong ambition to drive impactful change and make a difference.
- Excels in stakeholder management and works well both independently and as part of a team.
- Can work autonomously while being a strong team player.
- Is conscious of the organization's complexity and goals, with an eye for people.
