We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our Surgical Telemetry Unit as a Full-Time Night Shift RN. This role will provide direct clinical patient care, assessing, planning, and implementing care to assigned patients on a per shift basis.
Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality, patient-centered care to patients on the Surgical Telemetry Unit
- Assess, plan, and implement care to assigned patients on a per shift basis
- Supervise and delegate tasks to nursing staff as needed
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes
- Associate degree in Nursing required
- Minimum one year of telemetry experience preferred
- CCRN certification preferred
- Valid Permanent Multi-State RN License from the state in which you reside
- American Heart Association BLS CPR required
- American Heart Association ACLS required within 6 months of hire
