As a Registered Nurse - Float Pool, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care across various departments, including ED, CCU, Med/Surg, MHU, OB, and RRC.

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse with a strong background in clinical care. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Your primary responsibilities will include assessing patient needs, developing individualized care plans, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Render comprehensive nursing care to meet patients' physical, psychological, social, cultural, and educational needs.
  • Provide preventative, supportive, and rehabilitative nursing care based on the nursing process and hospital policies.
  • Independently plan and implement routine nursing care in assigned departments.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
  • A graduate degree from an accredited professional nursing program.
  • At least one year of continuous experience in a comparable patient care setting.
  • Advancement potential: $61 per hour after three years of current clinical experience or one year of experience as a Bartlett RN II.
  • Basic Life Support certification within 30 days of hire.
  • ACLS certification in CCU, ED, OR, PACU, Same Day, and OB departments.
  • NRP certification in OB department within 90 days of hire.
  • TEAM/BERT certification in MHU, RRC, WMU, ED, CCU, OB, Med/Surg departments within 90 days of hire.

Estimated Salary Range: $45-$61 per hour
