Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Occupational Therapist to join our team. As an Occupational Therapist, you will work closely with our team to provide high-quality rehabilitation services to our patients.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive occupational therapy evaluations based on medical orders.
  • Document findings accurately and timely on standardized evaluation forms.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans, including long-term and short-term goals, frequency, duration, and treatment modalities.
  • Ensure medical orders are obtained for evaluations, treatments, recertifications, and discharges.
  • Provide comprehensive treatment to patients using various modalities and modifying treatment as needed.
Qualifications
  • Graduate of an accredited university with a Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy recognized by the American Occupational Therapy Association (AOTA).
  • Recognized by the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT) as a designated Occupational Therapist (OTR).
  • Current license and/or registration as an Occupational Therapist in the state where applicable.

Pay Range

$37.00 - $48.00 per hour.
