About the Role

T&M Associates is seeking a highly motivated NJ Licensed Landscape Architect to join our Site Development team. This position offers a hybrid work arrangement, combining remote work with in-office collaboration.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with landscape architecture, civil, and planning teams to deliver high-quality projects.
  • Work closely with Directors and Project Managers to engage in all aspects of the design process, including analysis, conceptual development, documentation, and construction administration.
  • Create presentation graphics, including computer-generated plan and perspective renderings, and sections.
  • Assist in the preparation, coordination, and completion of construction documents.
  • Communicate design ideas graphically and orally, and contribute to the development of design concepts.
  • Review shop drawings and contractor submittals.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Architectural studies, planning, engineering, or a closely related field.
  • 0-3 years of experience with landscape and land development projects.
  • Experience in AutoCAD is required.
  • Experience with hand graphics, SketchUp, Photoshop, Land FX, and Microsoft Office is a plus.
  • Planting and horticultural knowledge.
  • Demonstrated ability to be flexible and adapt to an ever-changing work environment.
