Administrative Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Administrative Support Specialist to join our team. This is a full-time position that requires excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
About the RoleThe ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in development or planned giving. They will be responsible for providing administrative support to Gift Planning Directors, coordinating ongoing marketing projects, and conducting follow-up calls with donors.
Key Responsibilities- Provide administrative support to Gift Planning Directors, including managing calendars, confidential files, and reports.
- Coordinate ongoing marketing projects with Gift Planning support staff and ensure assigned directors remain within budget.
- Conduct follow-up calls with donors after marketing projects and schedule appointments as needed.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Minimum three years of experience in an administrative support position.
- Experience in a development role, planned giving preferred.
- Excellent communication and proof-reading skills.
The estimated salary for this position is $45,000-$60,000 per year, depending on experience. The Salvation Army offers a competitive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
