Job Title: Store Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Store Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our convenience store. With excellent leadership skills and a passion for driving success, you will be responsible for leading our team to achieve exceptional customer experiences.

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will have experience in managing store operations, including employee development, sales growth, and inventory management. You will work closely with the Store Manager to develop and implement strategies to improve store performance and maintain accurate records.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the store team to deliver exceptional customer experiences and achieve sales targets.
  • Manage store operations, including employee development, recruitment, and training.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and improve store performance.
  • Maintain accurate records, manage inventory, and ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
Requirements:
  • 18 years of age or older.
  • Access to a car or other motorized vehicle, with liability insurance.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts and days, adapting to our dynamic environment.
  • Fluent in English, with basic math proficiency.
  • Prepared to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
