Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Logistics Operations Leader to oversee our warehouse operations and ensure the efficient management of our logistics processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide guidance and support to team members regarding their concerns and needs.
  • Recognize and reinforce positive performance while addressing areas for improvement.
  • Utilize problem-solving methodologies to identify and implement enhancements within the team.
  • Implement Workplace Organization (WPO) strategies to optimize workflow and layout.
  • Maintain accurate payroll records through daily updates of the Timekeeping System (TKS).
  • Document problem-solving initiatives using the A-3 reporting format, adhering to local guidelines.
  • Facilitate daily briefings to discuss operational performance and engage in open dialogue with staff.
  • Conduct weekly safety inspections across departments and document findings.
  • Plan and allocate daily tasks effectively.
  • Collaborate with peers to maximize shift productivity.
  • Ensure compliance with contractual obligations.
  • Uphold workplace regulations and standards.
  • Perform routine audits of Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
  • Enhance personal and team skills through the Individual Development Plan (IDP) process.
  • Keep the General Supervisor informed of ongoing activities and developments.
Required Skills:
  • Familiarity with manufacturing processes and operational procedures.
  • Basic mathematical proficiency.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Understanding of the technology relevant to the assigned area.
  • Knowledge of scheduling and management systems.
  • Strong analytical skills to navigate complex issues.
  • Effective interpersonal skills to motivate and collaborate with team members.
  • Awareness of quality control standards.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma with 1-2 years of technical or vocational training.
  • Experience in skilled trades or equivalent technical education.
  • A minimum of 5-7 years of relevant experience is required.
