Key Responsibilities- Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans to ensure optimal outcomes.
- Collaborate with medical providers and the care team to provide comprehensive and compassionate care.
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered by medical providers, and ensure thorough documentation of care administration.
- Educate patients and families about medical conditions, treatment plans, and follow-up measures.
- Registered Nurse licensure in the state of Virginia.
- Associate Degree or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.
- Basic Cardiac Life Support certification.
