Key Responsibilities

  • Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans to ensure the highest level of patient satisfaction and outcomes.
  • Collaborate with medical providers and care teams to deliver seamless patient care.
  • Administer medications and treatments as ordered by medical providers, ensuring accurate and timely documentation.
  • Provide education and support to patients and families, empowering them to take an active role in their care.

Requirements

  • Active RN licensure in the state of practice.
  • Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification, with instructor certification preferred.
  • Associate Degree or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing, or equivalent experience.
