About the Role

The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, a high level of attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate records, manage inventory, and process incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
  • Assist with customer inquiries via phone, email, or in person, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
  • Help with the preparation of documents, reports, and other office communications.
  • Maintain office supplies and equipment, ordering when necessary.
  • Support the preparation and processing of invoices, purchase orders, and other administrative forms.
  • Assist with scheduling appointments and meetings as needed.
  • Ensure office cleanliness and organization, keeping work areas orderly.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent (some college preferred).
  • Prior experience in an office setting or administrative role is preferred.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience, and a great opportunity to grow with a dynamic company in the hobby and sporting goods industry.
