Your Contributions Will Include:

- Executing detailed audit procedures on various income statement and balance sheet accounts as necessary.
- Grasping client service dynamics and leveraging firm resources to deliver exceptional service to our clientele.
- Utilizing technology tools effectively in daily tasks and demonstrating a commitment to enhancing work processes through technological advancements.
- Identifying issues and proposing practical solutions while balancing client needs with the firm's risk management.
- Adhering to assigned deadlines and budgets, providing timely notifications of any discrepancies.
- Supporting the management, development, and mentorship of professional staff.
- Engaging in presentations at board and audit committee meetings.
- Building personal referral networks and clientele while actively participating in team marketing initiatives.
- Possess experience in managing multiple client engagements concurrently.
- Demonstrate advanced analytical and reasoning capabilities.
- Are willing to travel to meet client needs.
- Can prioritize tasks and work independently in a dynamic environment.
- Communicate effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds and experience levels, both verbally and in writing.
- Maintain professional relationships with clients.
- Have a strong understanding of current audit and accounting principles.
- Are eager to provide mentorship and training to fellow professionals.
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Accounting or a related discipline.
- Possession of a CPA license or completion of the educational requirements for the 150-credit hour CPA eligibility.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- At least one year of relevant experience.
Compensation Information:
The salary range for this position is reflective of the California market, based on individual experience, education, and skill set. Total compensation includes salary, health benefits, 401(K), profit-sharing contributions, flexible time off, and parental leave. FORVIS reserves the right to adjust the salary range based on business needs.
