Minimum Qualifications:

- Proven experience in teaching interdisciplinary courses at the collegiate level.
- An active research agenda or a clearly defined research plan focusing on adult education and interdisciplinary studies related to nontraditional students.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in delivering online instruction to both undergraduate and graduate students.
- A strong record of advising nontraditional adult learners and transfer students.
- Excellent communication skills and a commitment to providing high-quality service to students and the community.
- Academic contributions (publications and/or grants) in areas such as:
    a) Adult Education and career transitions
    b) Recruitment and retention of nontraditional/adult learners
    c) High-impact practices in teaching and learning.
- Experience in program development and redesign.
- Implementation of strategies that support the recruitment, retention, and timely graduation of nontraditional, readmit, and transfer students.

Key Responsibilities:
- Teach a 4-4 course load during Fall and Spring semesters.
- Provide academic advising to nontraditional adult learners and transfer students.
- Engage actively in recruitment, retention efforts, program assessment, and development.
- Conduct research, publish findings, and pursue funding opportunities.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
