We are seeking an experienced Information Technology Systems Manager to join our team at HexaQuEST Global, Inc. in the United States.

Estimated Salary: $110,000 - $140,000 per year

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our IT infrastructure, ensuring that all systems are running smoothly and efficiently. This includes managing servers, Microsoft 365, Azure, virtual environments, storage, security, and Backup Disaster Recovery (BDR) infrastructure both on-premise and in cloud-based solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support and administration of servers, Microsoft 365, Azure, virtual environments, storage, security, and BDR infrastructure.
  • Handling escalations and advanced support of service requests beyond the abilities of higher-tier Service Desk Technicians.
  • Assisting the project and technical alignment teams with the implementation of servers, Microsoft 365, Azure storage, and BDR infrastructure projects.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • At least 5 years of experience working as a Senior System Administrator or in a similar role.
  • Strong Microsoft Azure experience.
  • Strong Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint experience.
  • Strong Microsoft server and domain experience.
  • Networking experience.
  • Detailed knowledge of diagnostic skills and technical issues.
  • Familiarity with support tools and techniques.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Possession of relevant certifications such as Microsoft Azure, 365, Security, Cisco CCNA, CCNP, or ISC2 SSCP, CISSP would be advantageous.
