  • Design and sustain economic models to project economic conditions and evaluate their potential effects on the organization.
  • Examine intricate economic data and produce reports, presentations, and recommendations to facilitate strategic planning and decision-making.
  • Observe and interpret fluctuations in economic conditions, regulations, and policies, assessing their consequences for the organization and its operations.
  • Engage with internal teams and external partners to collect data, exchange insights, and offer economic expertise.
  • Draft comprehensive economic reports and briefings for senior management, emphasizing critical findings and strategic implications.
  • Advise on economic policy and strategy, including the formulation of economic forecasts and scenario analyses.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Statistics, or a related discipline; advanced degree (e.g., Master's, PhD) is preferred.
  • A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in economic analysis, research, or a comparable role.
  • Strong expertise in economic modeling, data analysis, and statistical software (e.g., STATA, R, Python).
  • Thorough understanding of economic theory, market analysis, and policy assessment.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to interpret complex economic data and deliver actionable insights.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, capable of effectively conveying economic concepts and findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Experience in economic forecasting and scenario analysis.
  • Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment.
