As a Production Operative at WestRock, you will play a crucial role in the manufacturing process of corrugated packaging solutions.
Available Shifts:
2nd & 3rd Shifts
Compensation:
Starting at $20.62 per hour, with scheduled increases after 60 days.

Key Responsibilities:
- Safely operate manufacturing and powered equipment while adhering to specific guidelines.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure efficiency and safety.
- Conduct quality checks and assist in material and machine set-up.
- Demonstrate proficiency in reading a tape measure and possess basic math and computer skills.
- Comply with all safety regulations and practices.
- Perform physical tasks including pushing, pulling, bending, squatting, lifting, reaching, kneeling, and standing for extended periods.
- Be prepared to lift, push, or pull up to 50 lbs regularly.
- Work overtime, weekends, and various shifts as needed based on production demands.
- Manufacturing experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Other duties as assigned.
