Charitable Donations Coordinator

At KARM Stores, we're passionate about making a difference in our community. We're seeking a highly motivated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Sunday Receptionist - Mobile Donation Trailers. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with donors, receive donations graciously, and provide a welcoming experience for everyone.
This is an entry-level position that offers a competitive hourly wage of $15. As a Sunday Receptionist, you'll be responsible for organizing and placing donations in the appropriate areas, issuing receipts, and effectively telling the KARM Stores story while explaining our mission and values.

Job Responsibilities
- Receive donations at the mobile donation trailers with a positive and enthusiastic presence
- Organize and place all donations in the appropriate gaylords and areas of the trailer while preserving the integrity and quality of the donation
- Issue receipts for donations in a timely manner
- Effectively tell the KARM Stores story and explain our Corners of Your Field program and KARM donations
- Lead and equip team members by living out our Mission and carrying out our Core Values
Requirements
- Ability to write in legible, clear handwriting
- Must have a commitment to KARM Stores' mission and mission statement
- Computer skills to include general typing skills and web browsing capabilities
- Ability to interpret and follow a variety of instructions and goals provided in written or oral form
- Stand up to 100% of a standard work day
- Lifting and Bending up to 75% of a standard work day
- Heavy physical activity
