Evergreen Life Services is a charitable, non-profit organization that provides a full range of professional services to people with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD). We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Assistant Residential Supervisor to join our team in Knoxville.

Responsibilities
  • Schedule Coordination: Assist with scheduling medical appointments, monitor medications, and follow up with medical professionals as needed.
  • Staff Supervision: Oversee work performance of direct support staff, including direct supervision and resolving problems at hand during the absence of specific instructions.
  • Home Maintenance: Ensure the home is clean and sanitary at all times, including the care and maintenance of the home and grounds.
  • Financial Management: Monitor individual petty cash, budget requirements, and expenditures by keeping track of receipts and monitoring spending.
Qualifications and Requirements

To be successful as an Assistant Residential Supervisor, you will need to possess a combination of education or experience equivalent to a 2-year degree in one of the behavioral sciences or experience in supporting individuals with developmental/intellectual disabilities. Prior supervisory experience is highly desirable.

The estimated salary for this position is $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
