Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced full-time Endodontic Associate to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in endodontic procedures and a passion for delivering high-quality care.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform complex endodontic procedures, including root canal treatments, retreatments, and surgical endodontics.
  • Evaluate patient histories, diagnose conditions, and develop comprehensive treatment plans.
  • Utilize advanced imaging technology to enhance diagnostic accuracy and treatment outcomes.
  • Collaborate with general dentists and other specialists to ensure integrated patient care.
  • Participate in continuing education and professional development opportunities.
  • Uphold the highest standards of patient care, safety, and infection control.

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years experience in endodontic procedures
  • DMD or DDS degree from an accredited dental school
  • Completion of an accredited endodontic residency program
  • Valid dental license in New York
  • Strong clinical skills and proficiency in endodontic procedures
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
  • Commitment to providing exceptional patient care

Compensation and Benefits:

This position offers a competitive compensation package, with an estimated salary of $220,000 per year, based on industry standards and location.
