About the Role

This Clinical Care Professional role plays an integral part of our collaborative interdisciplinary team, providing comprehensive and compassionate care to patients. You will have the opportunity to engage in program development, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation, with the goal of improving patient outcomes.

Responsibilities
  • You will assess patients and families, identifying normal parameters, deviations, and abnormalities in physical, emotional, developmental, and behavioral status.
  • Develop person-centered care plans and prioritize nursing care to meet patient and family needs.
  • Involve patients and families in establishing care goals and demonstrate critical thinking skills by making appropriate clinical decisions.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of care giving, show follow through on delivery, and execute compliant clinical documentation.
  • Assist peers and team members in acquiring department-specific knowledge, skills, and behaviors.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A current Active New York Nursing license or willingness to obtain one.
  • An Associate Degree in Nursing or higher degree.
  • BLS, ACLS, PALS certifications are preferred but not required.

Location and Travel Requirements
  • The position is based at 101 Harris Dates Dr, Ithaca, NY 14850.
  • Less than 25% travel is expected.
Estimated Salary

$42.36 per hour, ranging from $38.63 to $48.18 per hour.
