As a Digital Analytics Lead, you will spearhead our efforts in harnessing the power of data to drive business growth and success. Reporting directly to our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing data strategies that deliver actionable insights and inform key business decisions.

Key Responsibilities
You will lead the development of data-driven solutions, working closely with cross-functional teams to design and execute measurement plans. This will involve collaborating with external partners, analyzing complex data sets, and presenting findings to senior stakeholders. Additionally, you will contribute to the growth and development of our analytics capabilities, identifying areas for improvement and driving process enhancements.

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Economics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or a related field. A minimum of ~5-8 years' experience in digital analytics or marketing science is required, preferably in a marketing consulting firm, advertising agency, consultancy, or publisher. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential, along with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities.

Compensation and Benefits
