Construction Sales Representative

Precise LLC is seeking a dynamic Sales Professional to join our team in Connecticut. As a key member of our Sales Family, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and fostering lasting relationships with clients and partners across multiple locations.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct comprehensive in-person assessments and presentations to tailor our solutions to meet the unique needs of each client.
- Proactively identify and pursue new sales prospects through strategic business development initiatives.
- Leverage pre-qualified leads to capitalize on sales opportunities and drive company revenue.
- Actively participate in industry events and trade shows to forge and nurture customer connections.
- Evaluate sales performance against key performance indicators (KPIs) and stay abreast of regional competition.
- Participate in door-to-door marketing and business development.
- $3,000 per month base salary, 10% uncapped commission, performance-based bonuses.

- Engage in ongoing weekly sales training sessions and meetings focused on performance optimization and growth strategies.
