  • Engage in continuous talent development discussions, offering coaching, feedback, and learning opportunities to employees.
  • Maintain high productivity standards by managing processes and store operations, including inventory control to meet shrink goals.
  • Promote the use of innovative technology to enhance sales techniques and shopping experiences.
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
  • Provide insights to the General Manager and District Director, highlighting profitable opportunities and market trends.
  • Ensure that the sales floor and all store standards consistently exceed expectations.

Qualifications and Skills

  • A college degree or equivalent experience is preferred.
  • Experience in retail management or a similar field within a dynamic, high-volume environment is advantageous.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with customers and staff.
  • Physical capability to navigate the sales floor, stock areas, and perform tasks that may require lifting up to 30 lbs.
  • Ability to operate the cash register and remain active for extended periods.
  • Flexibility to work a varied schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and potential overnight shifts as needed.
  • Demonstrated success in building and maintaining positive relationships with customers, management, and colleagues.
  • Strong business acumen and effective planning and time management skills.
