Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee projects from inception to completion.
  • Lead and supervise project administration personnel and construction engineers, collaborating closely with project superintendents to set operational priorities.
  • Accountable for forecasting, monitoring, and reporting on project costs and revenues, ensuring alignment with initial estimates.
  • Address and resolve issues related to labor disputes, staffing, materials, equipment, and contract administration.
  • Work in conjunction with the Safety Manager to guarantee projects meet established safety standards.
  • Foster strong relationships with Superintendents, Subcontractors, and Assistant Project Managers.
  • Maintain thorough documentation throughout the project lifecycle, including RFI logs and change orders.

Candidate Profile

  • A minimum of 7 years of experience in a Civil Contractor environment.
  • Proven track record as a Lead Project Manager on civil infrastructure projects.
  • Willingness to travel approximately 25-30%.
  • A Bachelor's Degree is advantageous.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage projects from start to finish.
  • Proficiency in software and technology is beneficial.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Effective time management to ensure timely and thorough project completion.
  • Experience in team management is preferred.
  • Current knowledge of the construction market and emerging technologies.
