About the Role

MU Health Care is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Speech/Language Pathologist to join our team. As a Speech/Language Pathologist with us, you will be empowered to provide advanced treatment and engage in ongoing education to stay at the forefront of your field.

Key Responsibilities

  • Diagnose and treat speech impairments in patients
  • Collaborate with medical professionals and caregivers to develop effective treatment plans
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest research and best practices in speech and language therapy
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams

Requirements

  • Speech Language Pathologist (SLP or SLP-P) licensure by the Missouri Commission for Speech-Language Pathologists
  • Certificate of Clinical Competency (CCC) certification from American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA)
  • SLP program graduates must obtain CCC within 2 years of employment as a condition of continued employment
