Key Responsibilities:- Manage and coordinate project timelines, budgets, and resources
- Develop and implement project plans, including risk management and mitigation strategies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, procurement, and construction
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry standards
- 10+ years of experience in construction project management, with a focus on heavy civil projects
- Proven track record of managing successful projects, with a strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
- BS in Construction Management or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Relevant construction-related software experience, such as Bluebeam or Procore
