Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Document Controller to join our Project Management team at Nooter Construction. This role would assist our project team in maintaining a controlled system of incoming and outgoing drawings, submittals, correspondence, and documentation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in maintaining a controlled system of documents, including drawings, submittals, and correspondence.
  • Develop and implement tracking and control systems to support project workflow processes.
  • Collaborate with project team members to ensure accurate and timely documentation.
  • Experience with engineering, architectural, and construction documents, including 3-D models, drawings, and technical specifications.
  • Strong communication skills and an understanding of technical terminology.
  • Experience with document management systems, such as Procore, is a plus.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in on-site Document Control in a Heavy Industrial Construction Environment.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred.
