Job Overview

The Service Department Administrator will play a vital role in the success of Maplecrest Ford Lincoln, a nationally-acclaimed and award-winning automotive dealership in Northern New Jersey. This position reports directly to the Service Director and is responsible for handling and processing documentation, as well as performing various administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process repair orders and manage cashiering responsibilities.
  • File warranty claims and maintain required certifications and qualifications as per Ford Motor Company and Maplecrest Ford Lincoln.
  • Manage documents, internal billing, and other general administrative duties.

Requirements:

  • Associates Degree
  • Solid computer skills, including working knowledge of Excel and Google Docs.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Strong organization and follow-up skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Positive attitude, self-motivated, and eager to contribute.
  • Valid NJ state drivers' license.
  • Spanish speaking a plus.
