Job Overview

Culligan Water is seeking a skilled Route Driver and Plant person to join our team. This role involves delivering water treatment products to homes and businesses in an efficient and timely manner, while also handling invoicing and collections. When not on delivery routes, this person will assist in the Bottle Water Plant and Warehouse, ensuring the highest level of service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver water treatment products to customers in a safe and efficient manner
  • Process and execute delivery orders, collecting related monies and issuing invoices
  • Provide excellent customer service, handling issues and complaints in a courteous and prompt manner
  • Follow all safety protocols and company regulations
  • Contribute to the cleanliness and organization of company vehicles and equipment
  • Participate in end-of-route supervisor check-ins and daily recaps
  • Assist with general Bottle Water Plant and Warehouse duties
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent GED
  • 1-3 years of route experience preferred, although not required
  • A valid driver's license
  • Ability to use a mobile device or tablet
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized
  • Excellent communication skills with customers and teammates
  • Clean and professional appearance
  • Able to regularly lift 50 pounds
