POSITION SUMMARY :
The primary responsibility is to enhance efficiency at the project site while ensuring client satisfaction, adherence to company and regulatory standards, and ongoing operational improvements.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Oversees the overall management and administration of site operations.
  • Directs the assigned workforce, equipment, materials, and subcontractors, fulfilling all administrative obligations.
  • Ensures that work performance aligns with scheduled timelines, quality benchmarks, and budgetary constraints.
  • Supports the sales team in promoting all service offerings.
  • Maintains a safe and environmentally compliant project site in accordance with relevant regulations.
  • Acts as the primary liaison with clients for all operational matters.
  • Implements comprehensive plans to achieve safety, quality, and budgetary goals while ensuring compliance with management practices.
  • Supervises Evergreen personnel and subcontractors, taking corrective actions as necessary to address performance issues.
  • Monitors daily revenue, costs, and overtime metrics.
  • Adheres to all company policies and procedures.
  • Fosters a positive work environment and promotes a proactive attitude among team members.
  • Stays informed about current regulations and shares insights on improved methodologies.
  • Engages daily with the client's representatives, maintaining a solution-oriented approach to secure additional projects.
  • Conducts pre-job site assessments as required.
  • Participates actively in performance feedback evaluations.
  • Keeps a detailed daily log of site activities.
  • Assists in preparing work estimates and related documentation.
  • Ensures that all equipment and vehicles are maintained in optimal condition through a planned maintenance program.
  • Provides written annual evaluations for all team members.
  • Performs additional duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Education: High school diploma required; a college degree is preferred or a minimum of 10 years of management experience in the industry. Must be at least 18 years old.
