POSITION SUMMARY :
The primary responsibility is to enhance efficiency at the project site while ensuring client satisfaction, adherence to company and regulatory standards, and ongoing operational improvements.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Oversees the overall management and administration of site operations.
- Directs the assigned workforce, equipment, materials, and subcontractors, fulfilling all administrative obligations.
- Ensures that work performance aligns with scheduled timelines, quality benchmarks, and budgetary constraints.
- Supports the sales team in promoting all service offerings.
- Maintains a safe and environmentally compliant project site in accordance with relevant regulations.
- Acts as the primary liaison with clients for all operational matters.
- Implements comprehensive plans to achieve safety, quality, and budgetary goals while ensuring compliance with management practices.
- Supervises Evergreen personnel and subcontractors, taking corrective actions as necessary to address performance issues.
- Monitors daily revenue, costs, and overtime metrics.
- Adheres to all company policies and procedures.
- Fosters a positive work environment and promotes a proactive attitude among team members.
- Stays informed about current regulations and shares insights on improved methodologies.
- Engages daily with the client's representatives, maintaining a solution-oriented approach to secure additional projects.
- Conducts pre-job site assessments as required.
- Participates actively in performance feedback evaluations.
- Keeps a detailed daily log of site activities.
- Assists in preparing work estimates and related documentation.
- Ensures that all equipment and vehicles are maintained in optimal condition through a planned maintenance program.
- Provides written annual evaluations for all team members.
- Performs additional duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Education: High school diploma required; a college degree is preferred or a minimum of 10 years of management experience in the industry. Must be at least 18 years old.
