Job Summary

A-G Specialty Insurance, LLC is seeking an experienced Insurance Claims Manager to lead our Accident and Health team. This role involves planning, organizing, directing, and controlling a Claim Service Team who process insurance claims. The successful candidate will work as an autonomous claim examiner, while managing a team of direct reports.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree or comparable experience and 3-5 years of insurance experience. A strong understanding of Department of Insurance regulations and the ability to obtain and maintain an Insurance Adjuster License are essential. The position offers a competitive salary of $85,000 - $115,000 per annum, depending on experience, and benefits including health insurance, paid time off, and professional development opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a team of claim examiners and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Analyze workload and delegate responsibilities as needed.
  • Develop performance metrics, goals, and best practices for individuals and teams.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with customers, clients, providers, and stakeholders.
