Mobile Device Security Specialist

Main Line Health is seeking a highly skilled Mobile Device Security Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our IT department, you will play a crucial role in designing and implementing mobile device strategies that ensure seamless experiences for our employees.

With a strong background in UEM solutions and mobile device management platforms, you will have the expertise to configure and manage mobile devices using platforms like Intune, SOTI, and Jamf. Your knowledge of BYOD programs, MDM, and MAM will be essential in developing and executing BYOD strategies with a focus on mobile security, user experience, and compliance.

In this role, you will work closely with our IT, security, and other teams to ensure seamless deployment and management of mobile solutions across the enterprise. You will also be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving issues related to mobile devices, applications, and connectivity, providing timely and effective solutions.

Responsibilities:
  • Configure and manage mobile devices using UEM solutions.
  • Develop and execute BYOD strategies with a focus on mobile security, user experience, and compliance.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to mobile devices, applications, and connectivity.
  • Work closely with IT, security, and other teams to ensure seamless deployment and management of mobile solutions.

Requirements:

  • 4-7 years of experience in mobile device management, UEM, or a related field.
  • Expertise in UEM solutions, such as Microsoft Intune, SOTI, and Jamf.
  • Strong knowledge of BYOD, MDM, and MAM strategies and best practices.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex mobile device and security issues.
