Community Outreach Liaison

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Community Outreach Representative to join our team at CVS Health. As a key member of our outreach team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing outreach activities, special events, and programs to support member education and health plan awareness within the Medicaid community.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain relationships with community contacts to promote health plan awareness and member education.
- Design and implement outreach activities, special events, and programs to engage Medicaid members and promote health plan benefits.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment with company goals and objectives.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of outreach activities and make recommendations for improvement.
- Provide exceptional customer service to Medicaid members and community partners.
- 3-5 years of experience in customer service, public speaking, and community outreach.
- 3-5 years of experience working with Medicaid populations and developing outreach programs.
- Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle.
- Proficiency in MS Office and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and off-shifts.
- Bilingual (Spanish) and/or experience working with diverse populations.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as public health or marketing.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
