The Patient Navigator will be responsible for effectively applying promotional and selling strategies to expand company business opportunities and deliver revenue in an assigned area and contribute to the achievement of the company's revenue goals. The incumbent will provide complex and technical information to ensure awareness and appropriate use of company products to designated physician specialist, medical group practices, hospitals, and other healthcare professionals.
Schedule Details- Remote Work: Active states AmeriPharma is currently licensed to hire in: California, Arizona, Colorado, Idaho, New Jersey, South Dakota, Texas, Utah, Virginia, Washington, Wyoming, Tennessee, and Pennsylvania.
- Work Schedule: Monday-Friday 9:30am-6:00pm
- Lead Management: Receive and track patient leads
- Customer Outreach: Communicate with existing and past customers to generate new leads
- Sales Calls: Make outgoing sales calls. Transition leads through first point of contact to ultimate sale of products
- Call Planning: Create strategic call plans to support sales activities
- Customer Service: Answer incoming customer calls, emails, and requests for information
- Performance Metrics: Meet or exceed call volume quotas and sales targets
- Brand Promotion: Promote AmeriPharma within the clinical and patient communities.
- Documentation: Document all sales calls and activities into pharmacy software DB, and other sales platforms
- Continuous Improvement: Contribute to continuous improvement of service to customer's
- Customer Feedback: Assist in execution of customer and/or product surveys to improve service and products delivered to market
- Attendance and Punctuality: Maintain regular and punctual attendance
- Compliance: Comply with all company policies and procedures
- Reporting: Reports and acknowledges any applicable concerns or departmental inquiries to the Sr. Patient Navigator
- Supervision: Training Supervisor and Sr. Patient Navigator - Supervisor
- Additional Duties: Assist with any other duties as assigned
- Healthcare Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in a healthcare setting. Pharmacy preferred
- Medical Terminology: Basic knowledge of medical terminology, drug names, and healthcare industry lingos
- Health Insurance: Basic knowledge of healthcare insurance benefits (i.e. commercial, private, and government)
- Sales Skills: Passion for sales and the drive to succeed
