Terminal Manager Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the daily operations of our terminals, ensuring efficient and compliant processes
  • Direct and motivate a team of staff members to achieve exceptional results
  • Implement changes to transportation services, policies, or scheduling as needed
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive business growth and improvement
Requirements:
  • Minimum of one year of experience in LTL Operations or a comparable leadership role
  • Valid Class A CDL Required
  • Strong leadership and team building skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
