Caregiver/Direct Support Professional

About the Role:
Mentor Community Services, a part of the Sevita family, provides community-based services for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. As a Direct Support Professional, you will join a mission-driven team and create relationships that motivate us all every day.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide assistance and strategies to individuals to live as independently as possible.
- Transportation and support out in the community, including outings, field trips, medical appointments, and shopping.
- Assist with daily living skills, including meal preparation and medication administration.
- Support individuals with living skills, such as personal hygiene, grooming, and bathing.
Requirements:
- Valid driver's license and vehicle insurance.
- Successful clearance of background checks.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Minimum of 18 years of age.
