Surgical Scrub Support Specialist

Requirements:
- Must be fully vaccinated and eligible for a booster, with a plan to obtain it prior to start if offered.
- Provides Surgical Scrub support for an 8-room state-of-the-art acute care facility.
- Under the direction of the Registered Nurse and within the scope of practice, provides individualized, age-specific care that supports homeostatic regulation.
- Organizes patient care, prioritizing tasks in collaboration with the RN.
- Ensures patient safety by providing age-specific, individualized care that supports protection from harm.
- Supports effective use of the healthcare delivery system by providing care that promotes health system goals.
Requirements Description:
- 2+ years of experience in a similar role.
- Previous travel experience (minimum 1 year).
- Total Joint and/or Robotic surgery competency, with a focus on increased volume of Robotics, total joints, and sports medicine procedures.
- A valid Temp license, free of charge, with results available within days.
