Position Summary:
The role of the Photographic Stylist is crucial in assisting photographers by arranging products, mannequins, models, and lifestyle images for photo shoots. This position requires sourcing props and materials essential for creating visually appealing compositions. The stylist will prepare all necessary elements prior to the shoot, ensuring a seamless process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Style subject materials in accordance with the client's photography guidelines, ensuring the photographer's vision is realized while adhering to quality standards.
  • Facilitate quick transitions between items being photographed, maintaining consistency across shots.
  • Establish rapport with models to enhance their comfort and positioning, thereby improving the overall quality and efficiency of the shoot.
  • Document styling processes and train team members to uphold specific standards.
  • Complete all project-related documentation accurately and on time throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Contribute to pre-production and post-production meetings, providing insights related to styling.
  • Execute pre-shoot tasks assigned by the Photographer and Project Manager, including product preparation and prop organization.
  • Manage a wardrobe of clothing and accessories, ensuring accurate tracking and returns.
  • Maintain inventory of mannequins and props, ensuring all materials are organized and in good condition.
  • Ensure cleanliness and organization of styling areas and on-set locations.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in photography, fashion styling, or related fields.
  • Associate degree in Fashion, Merchandising, or a related discipline.
  • Familiarity with digital photography workflows.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and other relevant software.
  • Experience with professional photography equipment is essential.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing needs.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
Preferred Skills:
  • Experience in a creative agency or content production environment.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects with exceptional organizational skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and independently.
  • Experience with project management tools is a plus.
