We are seeking an experienced Photographer Level 3 to join our team at Straub Collaborative. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in commercial photography and video production, with a strong portfolio of work in fashion, apparel, footwear, retail, media, beauty, cosmetics, or lifestyle verticals.
Key Responsibilities- Execute and capture high-quality images and video per the style guide and job worksheet, ensuring exceptional quality control.
- Participate in the estimation, planning, and execution of location productions for still imagery and video.
- Direct photography and video sets, including finalizing the work plan and flow with stylists, HMU, and models.
- Mentor and train photography staff on studio standards, guidelines, and technical improvements across studios.
- Provide accurate time assessment for scheduling and client estimates.
- Produce innovative, consistently reproducible solutions within the cost confines of clients.
- Actively participate in pre-production and retrospective meetings and image review process.
- 7+ years of e-commerce commercial photography and video production experience.
- A portfolio of work that demonstrates commercial photography and video expertise with clients in fashion, apparel, footwear, retail, media, beauty, cosmetics, or lifestyle verticals.
- Expert knowledge of Canon cameras, Profoto lighting, and all forms of continuous lighting.
- Proficiency in Capture One, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Adobe Premiere.
- Experience in utilizing production workflow management tools, e.g., Shot Flow.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office software programs, specifically Word, Excel, and MS Teams.
The salary range for this full-time position is $70,000 - $80,000, commensurate with experience and skills.
